Additional Information & Description
Rome Spritz and Spaghetti Cooking Class brings Italian cooking and cocktail-making together in a three-hour workshop. In a centrally located culinary studio, you move between the kitchen and the cocktail glass, with a chef and mixologist guiding the session rather than leaving you to follow recipes alone.
Make fresh pasta from scratch
The pasta workshop is hands-on: you work with fresh ingredients and learn to make pasta from scratch with a culinary expert. The chef demonstrates the process, and you can watch, listen and ask questions as you work. That guided approach gives the cooking portion a clear purpose beyond the finished dish—you learn how to prepare it yourself. Handmade pasta and sauces are included, with vegetarian options available. The live-guided class is available in English.
Learn three Italian spritzes
The cocktail sequence begins with a demonstration of how to make an Aperol Spritz. You then learn to prepare a Hugo Spritz, before finishing the workshop by making a Limoncello Spritz. All three cocktails are included. Rather than focusing on just one drink, the session introduces three named Italian spritzes and places cocktail-making alongside the pasta lesson. The opening demonstration gives you a chance to watch the preparation before moving into the rest of the workshop.
Take the recipes home
Recipes to take home are part of the class, giving you a reference for returning to what you learned after your time in the studio. They extend the practical value of the workshop beyond the session itself, without relying on memory alone. Unlimited soft drinks and water are also included throughout the activity, alongside the food and cocktails prepared during the class.
Where to arrive and how to use your ticket
The activity takes place at Rome Cooking Classes. Arrive at 19 Via Cesare Balbo, close to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, 10 minutes before the scheduled start. Allow three hours for the workshop itself, in addition to that advance arrival time. Tickets are delivered instantly, and smartphone tickets are accepted, so you can present your ticket on your phone.
